ugh moving
Jul. 25th, 2006 11:23 pmSIXTEEN boxes of books packed. That's maybe half my books. OMG I so don't need all these books. But as a hopeless bibliophile, I just can't bear the thought of getting rid of any.

hermance last night in which she said she's leaving Wednesday got me anxious about my own move. It's time to pack things up and generally get my affairs in order.
The good news is I might be able to go with a moving company after all. I think if we do our own packing, the cost might be just under $4000. So after all expenses have been calculated for the move and my moving allowance deducted, I'll probably end up paying about $1500 for the move, and I think it's worth that not having to drive the big ass truck halfway across the country.
