why all the haters?

So there's a student production of Jekyll & Hyde tomorrow and Saturday night on campus. I tried to drag a couple of musicals-fan friends, but they both declined because they are J&H haters. I'm still considering going by myself, and I wonder if there will be tickets available at the door since it's graduation weekend and all.

I cut my schmaltzy teeth on J&H, frankly, and Linda Eder in particular. My first year in college, the pre-Broadway tour of the musical stopped in New Haven, and I went to a few performances at the cheap student rate. I got to see Linda Eder and a couple different actors playing the Jekyll/Hyde role. It was awesome.
