Am I the only one who does this? Before I go out of town, I have to wash the dishes. Usually, the dishes sit in the sink and on the counter for like a week. But if I'm leaving town, I feel this compulsion to wash them and tuck them away before I can even pack....

Yeah, I too wash the dishes before I go out of town. And sometimes I cook all kinds of crazy food, to leave in the fridge for when I get back.

Anyway, break a serious leg on your visit! They will be foolish not to adore you!

Heh. Apparently LJ had to expire all the cookies that keep us logged in because hackers have been having a field day with people's journals. I wonder why they would bother (the hackers).
