My evening has been sucked into the live news casts covering the bridge collapse into the Mississippi River. I'm sure y'all in the US have heard about it if you've been keeping an eye or ear on the news in the last few hours. My rss feeds of BBC and CBC news also suggest that it's making headlines in England and Canada.

Aww thanks for thinking of me. Yes, we're fine, and people I know are fine, too. Most of us don't really cross the river on a regular basis.
