pylduckI just had a black bean and sweet potato quesadilla. It was pretty delicious. I made it from the Student's Vegetarian Cookbook, which has wonderfully simple but tasty recipes.
With my chronic sneeziness/drowsiness, all I can muster in terms of productiveness seems to be geared towards making and eating food. It's really hard for me to concentrate enough to read and write.
