sniffles

I tried for a few days to go off my steady regimen of Benadryl (one every four hours), and though I was okay the first day with a decongestant instead, by the evening I was sneezy. I don't know why my allergies are so persistent. Perhaps my sinuses have adjusted such that they need Benadryl all the time to function? I hate not being able to smell anything and the bodily weariness it induces.
