yay friends

Sometimes I forget how awesome my friends are. In a moment of panic last night that I hadn't read an essay that seems crucial to my argument, I e-mailed a friend back in North Carolina asking if she could scan it from a book and e-mail it to me today. (There is no library copy of the book in driving distance of me.... I love WorldCat....) She said sure and will send it to me this afternoon. I'm hoping this essay will be the missing piece that helps me tie together the disparate readings I have!
