May. 13th, 2007 08:16 pmWell, my attempt to make pierogies from scratch failed quite miserably. I blame part of the failure on the weird recipe I was using, though. But in any case, I ended up with some tough, tasteless lumps. The dough wasn't soft and chewy. The filling wasn't moist and tasty. Making pasta from scratch is hard!
