oh the warmth!

The pavement outside is wet. Today, we've finally broken the freezing point, and the temperature is hovering in the mid-thirties. I'm sure the summer is going to feel horribly hot even though last June when we visited to look for a place, it felt so amazingly cool when everyone here was complaining about how hot and humid it was.
