oh vegetarian and veggie-friendly friends
Jun. 4th, 2006 01:37 pmAnyone have any good dishes to make with seitan (wheat gluten)? I am having a lunch of some seitan simmered in veggie broth and soy sauce, mixed with sauteed broccoli. I wish it were tastier. It's a nice change from tofu, though. I'm going to visit the Whole Foods more now to buy some of these alternative-protein sources that aren't readily available at my supermarket.
