I'm so bored. I have so much work to do, but I can't focus my attention at all to read, write, or think. All I want is to be entertained, to enjoy something passively.
Puppy has become a wound up ball of unexpended energy. We haven't been taking him out and about much lately. Our apartment complex has now expressly forbidden pets in the tennis court, our make-shift dog park. As a result, Giles only gets a few short walks a day rather than those walks and at least a half hour to run like a maniac around the court. This morning he ate my computer power cord. I had to buy another one for $80.
I should probably do something that doesn't quite require higher cognitive functions but is nonetheless productive. I could clean up around this dump. I did do the dishes and take out the garbage earlier today.
