I understand myself and my body very little. It seems that my stomach pains of the last few days have not been a result of bad food since they have persisted despite a conscious effort not to eat the same stuff each day. I know I have this lag-time between feelings and a conscious acknowledgement or realization of them. Perhaps my stomach pains are stress-related. I have had such problems in the past. I just haven't felt particularly stressed out this week, though I have been busy preparing for classes and all.
