For you computery, open-source type people, just thought I'd mention I'm test-running a couple of programs:

1) Opera web browser.
2) GIMP image manipulation software.

I'm singing along to some Sarah McLachlan songs. Chatting with some folks on-line. Ignoring the piles of paper and junk that surround me. At least I took out the trash this evening. The very ripe bananas we threw in the trash can when we got back from CA were beginning to rot. Not a pleasant smell.

I made a to do list today. But I didn't end up accomplishing much of note. Couldn't even buy some birthday presents and late Christmas presents. Only got myself a yellow hat from the Gap. It called to me in California through the store window. I restrained myself then, but couldn't today as I wandered the stores in search of gifts.
