My twin brother doesn't like any of the Spidey movie posters. I don't understand him. He's just moved into his first house, thereby making me feel slightly -- but only slightly -- weirded out. Who is this guy buying a house? But then he's talking about putting up his posters in his room and around the house -- movie and sports posters -- so I recognize him once again.

virtualexile, I don't really feel like I want to buy a house. Just thinking about property ownership angers me sometime. The root of all evil is not desire, but possession. The whole structure of housing seems wacked-out to me. Shouldn't everyone have a place to live just by virtue of being people? Why do you have to have enough money? Why should some people with the money (or the ability to mobilize capital) get to extort money from others by charging rent for houses and apartments they won't ever live in?
