Dinner -- soy chicken and baby bok choy sauteed with black bean sauce and dark soy sauce over brown rice. I made the brown rice on the stove top this time since last time when I tried making it in my little rice cooker, the whole thing boiled over and made a huge mess all over the kitchen. The rice is still a bit mushy for my tastes. Meh. The soy chicken isn't quite what I expected. I'm still trying to find tasty fake meats at the grocery store.

Ummm. Nothing else exciting. Bf playing WoW next to me. Dog dozing on the couch. The usual.
