coffee talk

I'm in a coffee shop now and there's a new employee getting trained. The experienced barista guy is so into coffee stuff and the "dictionary definition" of drinks like cappuccinos and stuff. He's going into all this detail about what a drink is supposed to be and then what people expect and stuff. And also what "real" drinkers of coffee will want from the type of mug, the size of the drink, etc. He just explained that cappuccinos are named after Capuchin monks, which I did not know. Heh.
