Mashed potatoes with cheese and a veggie burger for dinner. I need to find something to make with the other tub of ricotta cheese I got recently (buy one get one free). I could make more lasagne or stuffed shells, but I wonder if there's something else to make with the stuff that might taste quite different.

Now I think it is time to take the stinky dog out for a walk or jaunt in the park.
